Main Barn

The main barn is conveniently located near the Practice/Show Arena.

Dance Hall

Interior of hall is glossed and stained wood which gives it that "old west" charm.

Exterior is barn red with white trim on windows.

Covered outdoor porch in front of hall.

You can decorate this hall in any way for your event. Day before set-up is allowed before event at no charge. Must clean up the day after.

Dance Hall occupancy is 300 people, without any dance floor space.
With dance floor space, it can ideally hold 150 people.

Outdoor seating is available in front of Dance Hall, which can hold as many guests as needed.

There is a stage for DJ, wine serving area, a regular kitchen, and bathrooms in the hall.

Kitchen: with stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, industrial coffee machine

Plenty of counter space for prep area.

20 small picnic tables with benches, 6 bar tables, 2 12ft long tables

**no chairs or round tables provided**

Daily rental of dance hall $650.00.

$100.00 non-refundable deposit to hold a date.

Show and Practice Arena

The practice/show arena is equipped with jumps, an announcer booth and concession stand. There are two gates for easy access. Bleachers are located at the end of the arena with restroom facilities nearby.
